First off, This was apparently from a tip...prolly from an ex girlfriend or something.
Secondly, This is not a legal document. It is simply a Compliance Notice.
An External Compliance Notice such as this, gets sent out to suspect individauls. Sort of a fishing expedition really.
Do NOT call them if you ever get this. Simply toss in the trash.
