Its called USR or Universal Simlock Remover. Its used if you buy a phone from say Ebay and its simlocked to work only with one carrier. You can unlock the phone with this program and use it with other carriers. It will however work ONLY on GSM Sim phones. The wife said Motorola's are easy as hell to unlock. You can do just about ANY brand of phone with this. Be careful though especially with Nokia's they require a lock code. You have 3 chances to enter the lock code correctly if you screw it up it will be "hard locked" and has to be unlocked at a dealer.

Although this is tested by me and used by me and uploaded by me....if you brick your phone I will not be held responsible.
