What I have heartburn with is the "not telling me they are searching" to me this is UNREASONABLE Search and Seizure.
I am supposed to be afforded reasonable protections and NOT telling me that they are searching for something I might have or done is NOT REASONABLE Search!!
I think I will start hacking into the DOD's Emails and when they take me to court I will just use this judges decision and say THEY HAVE NO PROTECTIONS TO THEIR EMAILS AS PER THE GOV't!!!! LOL
