USB-Serial take 30 minutes to load Bin on PARIZA

Guys I need your help, I loaded BIn using USB-Serial on many STB's like VIEWSAT, CAPTIVEWORKS, Converted PANSAT Clones & PANSAT etc, these all Receivers takes only 3 minutes to load Bin. Where as PARIZA take 30 minutes to load Bin with USB-Serial Cable. The other thing is that if I connect PARIZA to DeskTOP with Null Cable directly then take only 3 minutes. Only on LAbTOP with USB-Serial PARIZA takes 30 minutes, where as the other Receivers takes 3 minutes.
So How I can solve this problem, I mean I want to load Bin on PARIZA with LabTOP USB-Serial with in 3 minutes..........Thanks for all your replies

Go to "My Computer" on your pc(with the USB to Serial plugged into the same USB port you used when installing the drivers) and right click and selecting Properties. A window will appear where you need to select Hardware and then Device Manager and another window will open showing all devices on your pc. Scroll down the list to the Ports(Com/LPT) and click the little + next to it and the category will expand to show you all deveces listed under that heading and you will see the name of the USB to serial adapter listed there and if you right click on it and select properties, a window will open and then you click on port settings and right at the top it will show you the bits per second that the data is sent....Make sure its set to at least 19200 and you can also try 115200 bps or even the highest setting to see if it helps you out....if not then put it back to 19200 bps

In Device Manager, Ports(COM &LTP), Prolific USB-Serial Comm Port(COM1), Properties, Port Settings, Bits per Second -- 115200, Data bits -- 8, Parity -- None, Stop bits-- 1, Flow control -- None.

Ukranic Box Updater & BL Loader takes 30 minutes.

And on UkRonic BOX Updater Baud Rate -- 115200, Serial Port -- COMM1.
The above settings I have.

I have two USB-Serial Cables
1) -- Support Win VISTA + WinXP -- This is just buy one week ago written on it
USB2.0 TO RS232 CONVERTOR, Support RS232 Serail interface (DB25 or DB9), USB 2.0.
2) -- Support Win XP only -- This is the one buy one year ago, work very good for all the Receivers, but only PARIZA take long time, that is why I buy another which support Win Vista & Win XP, but this also same PARIZA takes 30 minutes.
