Problem with conversion - FTA

Hello, I've tried to do the Ariza 700 to Pansat2700, but when I try/go to the hypertrm to do the boot file, it gives connection timed out, does this twice then nothing. Also the box displays 8. Anybody got any ideas or maybe what I am going wrong?

I did that. From start to loading the boot file. After loading the boot file, nothing, just 8 showing on the receiver/box panel. It want accept the bin file, nothing. Even when you plug the box/receiver into the TV, nothing. Before I tried the conversion, at least I got a screen on the TV to come up.
