Chicago Locals Using PAL

Hello all. Haven't posted in awhile, as there is just about everything you need at this site and more!! However, I have searched around, tried a few things, but cannot for the life of me figure out how to use PAL and get Chicago locals on my atmega at the lower channels 2-100? I'm not in the Chicago spot beam local (up in Western Canada), but I can get them using fixes I have not made, which were made using PAL? So, I know itis doable. I've tried changing the blackout to the 7f's with 26 on the end, but no dice.

Therefore, what exactly do I need to do with PAL to get Chicago locals on the low channels 2-100?

Thanks in advance.

Here's how to do it. After you put a checkmark in the chicago locals boxs, Left click and highlight (any one of the three) then right click and a "Remap to this local" box should appear, Left click on that box, you should see your blackout string change. Of course you will not recieve any of the spot beam channels, just the conus ones but they will be in the lower channels 2,5,7 ect.
