Question DISH Network on EchoStar 5 at 129.0°W

How can I add DISH Network on EchoStar 5 at 129.0°W? I do not see this sat on the list. I know you can edit them in but have not had any luck doing this. I have 1000.2 dish and 119 and 110 come in fine.
Would like to know the steps to do this.

The only channel you will receive with pansat 2500 on 129 is about 9 local channels, no HD's
