I already posted this in another thread but if the chatbox was moved to the bottom of the site it would greatly reduce people asking support questions in it and help others who seem to have issues getting past it. JMO but I think it's a logical one.

how about a Automatic PM that has to be opened before the chat box can be used?
like legends does all the time?

Whatever makes people put some type of effort into posting in the chatbox. Now, all they do is log in and type their question in the chatbox as that's the most effortless way and people are lazy. If it were easier to scroll down to the proper forum it would work most of the time.
