Well, as everybody know this site is the one that is always making things happen 4 us, and i decided to make a new barner fot them is like a gift saying thasnks for everything they do 4 us

The new banner is not that old and even if yours was considered the advertisement would have to be removed.

Maybe the banner can include the phrase:NO NEW UPDATES AT THIS TIME,PLEASE CHECK BACK!..........JMO

You did not break rule number one. I checked custom infraction, but I guess rule number one still needs to be unchecked. Sorry about that. Just clearing things up
