Questions in Chat Box

I wonder if moving the Chat box to the bottom of the page would stop some of the questions that should be asked in the forums. Its the first thing people see and they dont seem to go any further to see the other options befor they start typing. I am sure nothing will stop all of it, maybe a big flashing neon sign over the chat box also.

The flash sign over the chat is a great idea but there will always be people who wont read just like when the forums where people post the exact questions

There is a note near the chat box that says, no sat questions.. a lot of the ones who ask them in the chatbox are the ones who also do not read things such as "Files Only" and continue posting discussion in files sections..
