Using Rapidshare Links????

What is the policy about posting a rapidshare link to a fta file that is to large to post here? I ask because it was the discission in another thread and that was never concluded.

i thought i had replied. IF you can zip and split the file that might be better but if as i said there isnt a live link and the app isnt warez then I dont think we would have any issues

With a 1 meg cap that falcon told me of, that would require more then 100 posts lol. And it is not "an app" it is many files folders projects excel sheets schematics etc. All in one large folder. No warez. Rapid-share is a file depository and has nothing to do with what you leave on their servers it's just a place to hold large files for redistribution, but many for some reason I think because of the name they think it is some sort of site that promotes the theft of services lol. Well I will post the link with http changed to hxxp so it's not live. Thanks.

when posting from the "post reply" button if you scroll down and uncheck "Automatically parse links in text" the link will show up correct and not be live like this.

then it makes it much easier to C&P the link.

this will not work from the quick reply box.

Also remember that if you edit your post you need to uncheck it again in advanced.
