But seriously, not good news but I'd imagine that it's all part of the ongoing cases ,like Dale said. I look at it as just another bump in the road.

TheBroken situation reminds me of back in 1989 when AT&T initiated the "Hacker Crackdown" of 1989-90... they people rounded up in those busts didn't know how to keep their mouths shut, either...

For a few months now their has been websites being shut down and some of the site owners questioned some arrested and claims of computer log-in names and posts where in some cases reported to be confiscated for future evidence against some mods/super-mods etc. and any link to the coders, who they are ultimately after. The post maybe old news but it was new on the news website where it originated. Close to a year ago some websites went underground and some shut down, this to me sounds like they had already been contacted and some obviously are making deals to save themselves by getting others busted and destroying more families, due to their greed and/or incompatence and getting caught they are taking others down in many cases people they call their friends. A few BIG names have came up as being one of the slugs that are a waist of good air. Maybe some proven to be these slugs should have their log-in names, real names and home address's posted on every site for all to see just who these scum are.

But that's just my opinion.

Some sites that have disappeared have been on Kudelskis payroll for years. This is nothing new as Dave used the same method. If you were a member at any of these sites, it would be a good idea to at least use another password now. I don't think they can do much with screen shots of posts but I do believe that things are about to heat up. I especially wouldn't admit to using card sharing on any open forum. Many people ended up paying thousands of dollars after Dave went after the end user even if they bought card readers for other purposes. Remember, you're really guilty until proven innocent and it will cost more money to prove it than just settling.
