I'm going to move this to a better forum for this discussion.

Neither is nfusion being sued at the present time but they did shut down a lot of there suppliers and they are still in hiding today. this is stating facts. Why did it take nfusion longer than it did Kbox to get a file up afer N3 I know the answer to that question and it was posted in my previous post.
I do not watch much Television much as I test, but I do know that Kbox has had a file up that works perfect for over 7 weeks. Yet nfusion has had freezing problems that just hasn't quit in that same time frame. again this is not bashing but stating facts. With any IKS system you are at a tremendous risk.
Now I also remember nfusion having a Stand alone bin file and that was years ago when they first came out but went to Iks almost immediaately because they did not have to pay coders. I watched TV on the Kbox with a stand alone bin as recently as 4 months ago. Again this is stating facts. I honestly do not think any company should mislead the public.
Sir you say you remember stand alone fixes for the Nova please tell us all how long ago that was. I do value your opinions

The title of this thread is Nfusion vs Sonicview. I don't think anyone brought up Kbox untill you did. I remember several stand alone bins for the Novas. I'm sure many other Nova owners will remember them also.
Am I to understand, as you stated, that Kbox has a stand alone fix now. I don't think so.
How long has Kbox been around? Not as long as Nfusion. And that I know for a fact. It's great that you love Kbox so much but we don't need to hear about them in the Nfusion forum.
Also I don't really care if it is IKS or stand alone, I was watching tv on my Nfusions four months ago also.
If you have been around this so called hobby as long as I have, you will know that next week things will change and the week after that some new fantastic box will come out and it will do everything possible but some people will still not like it. If a box is working good fine, if it isn't, watch out because the company must have some motive for screwing over it's customers. All of these boxes seem to have about a 1 1/2 year shelf life anyway. That was what I got out of my Novas and that is all I expect out of my Solaris'. Kbox will be no different.

hey guys u can try this and ost the result. Afriend told me that he uses the serial cable to connects the dongle to the sonic view and keeps the dongle away from the box and this helps stop the freezing. I don't have a sv so sv users please try and let us know if it works.

fueltankman check post 4 and you will see who said anything about the Kbox first. The Kbox at this minute is capable of a Stand alone bin because it has all ready used one? Now as being around this hobby I started with an 8 foot dish long before Dave ever came upon the scene back when everything was on the C band. I bet you can not even tell me the Sats that were in the sky then. I wish those days were back again. The people instead of telling the Dave I do not want that they paid and now look where we are. Now if the company was going to screw over there customers why did they give a free upgrade receiver and a 2 year guarantee?
Well I have a VS Ultra, and Pansat 2700 that are almost 5 years old and both were playing well until N3.

That part is not true Jim. Kbox coders nor the company owner has or ever did have anything to do with nfusion. In fact, the Kbox originated from ex-CS people.

Just fyi, Kbox has been around longer than a year and a half and not only do they support their first receiver ever, they upgraded the users to a newer unit for FREE. Not something you can say for nfusion. Kbox is also much more stable than SV of nfusion.

Then Gary I eat crow because I was always told and under the impression KBOX. originated from Nfusion. I truly apologize for any misrepresentation.

Gary knows more about KBOX than any one on this site except maybe Hedo

How did the Kbox's work when they first came out? Not to well from what I remember. And for the record, I never said Kbox was only around for a year and a half, but I'm pretty sure it hasn't been very much longer than that. Neither has Sonicview for that matter.
Also like I said, the title of this thread is Nfusion vs. Sonicview. NOT Nfusion vs. Sonicview vs. Kbox.
I was just stating my observation of the quality of viewing right now between sonicview and nfusion. The nfusion is better at this time. I do think the picture is somewhat better on the sonicview but what good will that do if it is glitching and freezing?
