You would probably get more answers in the VS forum. Also, be a little more specific than "it won't take it".

Question Viewsat ultra lite

The problem is: I was confused by telefonica for DN bin. I tried to replace by DN bin I couldn't. What can I do to take the telefonica off and replace DN bin?

next time post this in the viewsat section, do a factory reset, then load a factory bin, then load the dish bin you want to use and scan for the channels
after that your good to go
