Now the k-hub has only red light showing and there is the same message connecting ---pls wait still. Dont know why everyones working and not mine, i havent yet loaded the new file though as \i still didnt find it.Apart from this Im just wondering if the change to factory settings did something wrong that the channels are not working.

Can anyone please help me with my problem , im struggling since yesterday evening and nothings coming on my tv. I did a reset of modem , kbox with factory settings reset and booted 5-6 times but it keeps saying connecting..please wait and then khub is not connected ...the khub glows red for a while and when this message comes up it goes off no light.
