I don't think so. Maybe someone tried it with successful result... but I'm going to replace my Superdish121 for 500+.

I've seen on my international channels a notice from D**H that they are going to turn off channels on 121W on November 14th :-(

Do I need to rescan 119 and 110 when I switch to 500plus from superdish?. will it bring in the channels from 119 and 110 and i just need to scan 118.7 to get the international?

When you switch from Superdish121 do 500+ use the same connection sequence replacing 121 with 118.7 on switch ports, so what you need to do it's only remove all channels from Echostar9 and rescan Echostar6 (instead of Anik F3) on port # where 118.7 is connected. If you cannot find Echostar6 on sat list you can create one or download new info.sat file from file section.

For me the best is 500+.
500+ is nice looking dish with builtin LNBs for 110, 119, 118.7. You can also easy add LNB DP for 129 (HD channels) because 500+ has bracket included for this LNB.

I have a 1000.2 dish with the integrated triple LNB and was thinking maybe I could clamp another LNB to it for the 118.7 bird. More channels is always a good thing.

At another site I read how some folks somehow modified the 121 linear lnb by sticking in pieces of a cutup credit card or some other plastic at a 45 degree angle in the lnb after removing lnb cover, interesting
