Please Help CW 700 problem - FTA

I have a Captive Works 700 reciever, the last file I downloaded and uploaded to my reciever prompted me to a screen that is asking for me to input my serial number. I have never had this before and I have had my reciever for almost a year. What can I do to fix this, I am unable to get to another screen???

or better yet,look underneath the bottom of your reciever.the specific serial number is there.
