PhaseIII dtv dish skew?

i know im not the only one who doesnt get it...... i used (dishpnt.exe) for the super dish setup it spat out 71 for the skew and now i cant figure out how to covert it for the phaseIII dish.--- here's one of the explanations on how to do it-

" take the angle that is provided by dishpnt.exe for the super dish and subtract 90 for the skew angle… now subtract the result again by 90 and you will have your new skew for the dtv elliptical dish "

I ENDED UP WITH (-71) FOR MY SKEW~ SOMETHING TELLS ME THAT'S WRONG
im surprised there isnt a sticky just for this

There is a sticky for the Phase III, just use the search for it. The Phase III is not compatible because of the internal switch. The only thing they are good for is getting 1 sat. really no need to mess with the skew.

Just pretend that you are looking up for a dish 500....that will put you close enough to tune it all in

Just use a calculator for DTV and it will give you your skew for you location.
