Elusive Galaxy 18

Following the thread on this site I set-up as follows: I used the GAAPS triple w.gaaps dot com) with my location longitude& latitude hxxp://www.dishpointing.com]Dishpointing.com - Dish pointing Satellite Meters Finder Resources and Information. This website is for sale!. I aimed first at 110W with a motorized dish set up 47deg (motor mfg .elev. & declination angle table) and dish bracket set to 22.5deg. The incoming signal 89% and quality signal of 87%. I found the true south this way literary. Then dish-pointed thru stb diseqC 1.2 to 91deg & 119 deg.W with an average 80% quality signals. All these birds are hook up at port #1(C) of an Invacom lnb. KU lnb which is adapted side by side with Invacom supplied the incoming quality signal of 80 % for bird 118.7W. Then using Invacom port#2 (linear) to find the elusive Galaxy 18. I was just getting red bar signal. Even as per GAAPS value of 48.1 The Azimuth motor degree set up right on the dot operated manually still can’t get any signal. The set up I’m using are CS7000 stb and 33” motorized dish. Stb diseqC 1.2 command control is working fine. What’s then is wrong on this testing set up? Where is this elusive bird hiding? Your input will be appreciated and thanks very kindly in advance.

THIS Bird needs a large net to catch the signal

What size is your dish?
I am using a 30 inch with linear lnb.
signal is still on the low side but i am watching most channels on the bird with 50 to 60%
search for more info here at rookie. I've seen a good post about this.
but here is my 2cents worth. . .
I started with mid 90% signal on 119 and marked my dish's location with magic marker. I looked up the location settings for 119 for my lat and long. then compared with the location of 123. My dish mast has degree markings on the mast and the elevation bolts. i just started going west to where i hoped it would be, set my pansat 3500 to 123 and selected signal meter on a transponder i wanted to view the most. small movements and wait and watch meter. I hit it fairly quickly, but spend the next hour or so hoping to improve the signal.
It can be done, but dish size and proper lnb are vital
