Couple kb of data is all a Control Word consists of, as far as I know. I could be wrong, but it can be run on a dialup connection, so it isn't very much at all..very small packet.

This is what has been posted for Nfusion and I would have to think the others are about the same:

Quote:
You rNfusion will use 10.5 kb per hr and 254 kb in a 24 hr span. If you have your tv on 24 hrs a day for 30 days you would use about 7,593 kb or equivalent to 7.4 MB equals to 720 hrs that your reciever is left on all that time.

I am running a wirless aircard 5GB a month allowance the KBOX uses about 1 MB per hour of TV usage I will go nowhere near my allowance. That only figures to 744hours of Tv or about 744MB usage per month. That is if you leave it on 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

I hope this will help
