Had this problem with Norton, could not understand them,so i deleted all ,and downloaded avg (free) about a year ago, and have not problem sence,,,

Call center crap jobs we can do without. We should be bringing back skilled work. After all why should people bother going to university or colleges just to become the fry guy in the local burger joint or filling cups of frappomochachockerhalfcalfmoopooneenerchino at starbucks.

We need to bring back all American jobs including call center jobs.
What is bad about the call center job thing is that American companies sell us their expensive junk then when we need support for that junk we have to talk to someone overseas because these American companies don't want to pay Americans a descent wage to do the job or give them any benefits.

What Americans really need to do is boycott any American owned company that out-sources jobs or closes American factories and move them overseas for cheap labor.

cruzat,

Try a call center job before you get yourself too eager to have them back. I've tried it once and it was once too many. That work is far beyond $&!T. Boycotting companies that outsource to low paying developing nations is difficult as so many do it, but its not impossible. Another very difficult option is to bring up employment standards in other parts of the world so that cheap&$$ exploiters cannot simply move jobs to other places with lax standards. None will be easy but it is needed.

i called for server support today and they sent me to argentina... when i called to find the IT person, they sent me to india.
i'm just trying to reboot the server with a patch and it went for an hour...

Another thing we need to do is insist that our elected officials impose a tax against these companies.

But again this will be hard to do because we can't get enough Americans out from front of the TV long enough.
Congress can do something about it but they won't until the people demand it.

We must not forget that we are their bosses they are not ours.

Your lucky it was only an hour, a guy I once new had to go through that for 3 days over a long weekend. Only the long distance server got anything out of that one.
