No more flat tires

Radical new tire design by Michelin -- made in South Carolina.

The next generation of tires.
Yes, those are 'spoke' like connections to the inner part of the tire from the outside tread 'wrap!'
The next picture shows how odd it looks in motion....

These tires are airless and are scheduled to be out on the market very soon.

The bad news for law enforcement is that spike strips will not work on these.

Just think of the impact on existing technology:

no more air valves...
no more air compressors at gas stations...
no more repair kits...
no more flats...

These are actual pictures taken at the Michelin plant in South Carolina.

I wonder if they'll make them big enough for my '75 F-250 4X4?

It looks like they'd be great in the Mud!!!!

It will never come out. Maybe on a real special order. I can't see this tire
being a production tire. Sure nice looking.

They could seal the "sidewalls" with rubber but have it vented.

True, but they have that electronic stop device that knocks the engine electronics out with an EMP.

The have that stop stick that doesn't flatten the tire. It grabs the tire and wraps a net around the tire and stops it from turning. They found that too many runners will run on the rims to try to get away.
