NASA fuels space shuttle for second launch try

CAPE CANAVERAL, Florida (Reuters) - Delayed by bad weather, NASA on Tuesday began filling space shuttle Endeavour's fuel tank for launch, hoping to begin a key construction mission at the International Space Station.
