Thumbs up Connecting ....Please Wait

For ppl getting this message, Connecting...Please Wait, on your TV without success after rebooting your Khub. here are steps to get you back to connecting to the server again until the coders resolve this issue.

-Unplug the cat5 cable from the khub and wait for the red light to start flashing.
- Load the Khub.rom file to receiver to activate the Khub again
- When done with upgrade, the Khub says successful
- Power off the back switch from receiver
- Unplug usb from receiver and plug cat5 internet cable back to Khub
- Power the rear switch back on, and tune to channel 200.
Here the K.Rom file:

hey guys,

I have this problem but since last thursday (when i got the kbox) . I am not a fta noob and believe me, i have pretty much tried everything and did everything atleast 3 times to make sure i am not doing anything wrong.

I keep on getting "Connecting... please wait" message. here is what I have done so far:

- reloaded factory bin, updated to 2.3, loaded KHUB, changed AU to OFF, set mode to NETWORK, activated KHUB and in network settings it says "connection OK", set on DHCP (also get a green light on the khub)
- i read that 2.03 has bugs so i tried everything again. factory reset, reloaded factory bin, upgraded to 2.01, changed AU to OFF blah blah same thing as above (did this for versions 2.02, 2.00 as well)
- Also tried rebooting several times.
- I then thought it could be that my router blocking it. I then connected CAT5 directly from modem to khub, tested connection in network settings and all was cool (also did factory reset in network settings), but still the same problem!!

I have literally tried everything. Can someone please shed some light on as to what I am doing wrong here? Dish is pointed to 61.5 for international channels (and yes kbox does get those indian international channels)

all the internationals offered on iks are on 118w. I am not aware of any that are on 61.5, nor does the channel list have them.

You really should have opened your own thread instead of hijacking this one....it wasnt meant to be posted in for help
