It would help us to know your lnb type and switches and if you could post your current dish settings that would be good too.

Also if possible go to positioner settings an see what S/Q you have on those TP's... ch. 200 is on TP12.486V and 455 is on 12.355H

Ok, we need you to verify that you actually have single LNB's...If you are unsure go to the links below and see.

Also I dont need the positioner settings....I wanted you to go in there and change the TP freq to the ones I mentioned above and tell me the S/Q for both. Also let us know how you are scanning...Once you set those settings you should just press the red button while still in the dish settings

Only scan from the dish settings page using the red button.

You didnt tell me what LNB's you have for sure.

Also you seem to be missing more than just those 2 TP's cause ch 215 is on TP 12.297 and you say you are missing that too...If your LNB settings are right then the problem is that you need to tweek your dish some. What you can do is leave those settings the way they are and go into positioner settings and tune to those TP's when you move the dish...Dont move it too much or too far at once.

You should also go to dishpointer.com and make sure the elevation on your dish is set right.

If it is all of 119w, try bypassing the switch and running the 119w lnb directly to the receiver and see if you get signal/quality that way. If you do then it is a switch issue or at least a bad switch port...Always make sure to power off at the back of the Plus before connecting/disconnecting anything.
