It might be because their controlled by Distant Networks, as in ALL AMERICAN DIRECT.XXX
This is what ch 240 is advertising as to how to get your distant networks DN can't offer? Just guessing, but who knows? Spotbeams not in your area, are NOT available thru DN, but are thru this firm...
