Thebroken aka Phil is a coder, and as proof was adjudged half a million to have to pay DN.

Neither of us knows for certain what Bob will do, but I think I know the personality well enough to feel confident that he will not roll. JMO.

Bob has rolled on NOBODY at this point, which is why they are trying to use Bob's use of the fifth right amendment in one aspect of the case as an admission of guilt in the other.

I do not think Bob will rat out anyone. Now the Broken that is another story I knew him under a different nic and this a**hole is the reason the site I used to Mod at is now closed down. I think Broken is playing that game with the provider "Let's Make A Deal" and will never serve any time or even pay a fine. A jury may award a large cash settlement but Charlie will ignore it for information from the rat Broken. JMO

I banned Veracity/TDG at one point due to something between him and myself. I had since reinstated him a long while back. I also spoke with him many other times since the incident and we were/are cool with each other.

At that site he was known as OddityGiven among other nics and was taken away by the feds way before that site closed down. Since then he is back living with his mother and has tried to embroil some friends of mine by offering to give them the N3 fix. Of course, they won't get anywhere near him but it sounds like he's trying to round up as many people as he can. More people=less years. I would suggest that anyone who knows him best stay away. JMO for me too Jim.
