Update to DN Vs. TDG

The set limit of pages in this case should be enforced and the courts' should decline extra pages. Hope they stand true to their laws and NOT let Dish change them as they go.

Thread title is misleading Luna
This is why some folks get upset with ya sometimes. When posting this stuff, just stick to the facts...it is what it is. If you wish to add an opinion, that is ok as well, but state that is your opinion. If you posted it the same way over at the other site (rhymes with mash), then I expect it to simply turn into another IKS Vs. non IKS bashing thread from the same 5 or 6 folks who always seem to run in packs and hyjack threads.

Not only do they want to nail him for each file that he uploaded on the sites, they want to nail him for each time that end users downloaded those files. So, if a file was downloaded 1000 times, then that is 1000 applicable charges. They are piling it high because TDG invoked his fifth ammendment rights.
It will be interesting to see what the judge will allow. ®² had a good quote elsewhere... Quote:
