I am not at all surprised, and in fact suspected something like this.

The law works on what can be proven, and as stated previously, someone posting that they are receiving DN or **** channels once or twice is hardly providing irrefutable evidence.

They got TDG based on hundreds and hundreds of posts he had made over the years with continual correlating information.

Now let's see, Rookie has over 300,000 members, ***talk has about the same, ABA *** has about 450,000, we at ***newbies have over 100,000....That's well over a million members from just four sites.

How many of them do you think posted repeatedly enough to make their activities credible?

Just because you say something on the internet, doesn't mean its true. There might be a spell-checker, doesn't mean there's a truth-checker.....if anyone wants to check out that company, they are DEI, not Dale Earnhardt Incorporated.....

Very true but it costs money to prove your innocence.

This is just another play out of Daves handbook. They did the same thing with smartcard reader cases.

IMO, the point is not if charges follow from an individuals post, or 2, but that this company, DEI, has been accumulating posts since 05 or 06 on all the "major" FTA sites, and has stated such. Company's run by exRCMP, Cybercrimes. Apparently there ability is limited to sites using VB bulletin(if that's what it's called)
But as Fifties said TDG had copeous posts ,talking of different subjects ,produced by D**h to link to real person. Mind 6you that is also the civil suit.

Never say "Thanks coders my XYZ receiver is wide open" or "All the ppv are up at my house"....you have to use your head when posting. I've been posting for close to 3-4 years and DN would be hard pressed to find any posts where I actually comment on any equipment that I may or may not own on a first person basis. Always speak in generalities....

THanks CHarlie LOL
