I bought a pvr from Disx some years ago. Recently I've learned that according to the courts, it is just chock full of technology they stole from Tivo. The emotional toll that has taken on me and my family just knowing we were unwittingly using an illegal device has been devastating to us. How do we start a class action lawsuit against them for that evil deed?

Homeofc, I guess a good place to start would be one of those ambulance chasing legalists you see while watching some of the channels on dicknet.. I'm sure they'd rather pursue this than some hapless asbestos purveyor from the 70's. . Oh wait...I'm not admitting that I watched any channels on any kind of device designed to steal satellite signals...heck I don't even have TV and the only dishes I have are for eating..... Hmmm, maybe I should turn myself in to the dicknet police squad or FBI, DEA or ATF. I hope it's ATF because with Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms they sound like they can throw a good party.

Surprised no one picked up on the very last sentence. Have your account number handy?? The only reason I could concieve of this letter being sent out is if some poor bastard had his receiver phone line plugged in and was actually "testing" with his subbed box. Either that or someone was low enough to actually turn in a subscriber who "tests".
