I run a local restaurant where I live. I was thinking about adding a box in my bar for the PPV fights and sports. I was wandering if I could get into any trouble for that? Thanks for the help

yes you can, there was a thread about that in legals... i'll look for it.
the problem is that your patrons may notice it and perhaps other bars restaurants may notice it and report you to get rid of their competition.

Have u ever heard of a slingbox? Could be an option for you. Keep the box at ur house. Its just a suggestion just giving u some ideas

i dont think i'd use a slingbox either. the legal ramifications are too severe and the risk to great. Might as well be selling bootleg liquor to minors.

Thanks for all the feedback. I looked at the post you gave me Fonger. From what I got from it there are some problems that could arise from it. However I would keep the box hidden. I don't know all the rules and regulations about FTA I am learning more and more as I go. It was talking about getting reported in the thread you gave me. What are some things that could happen?

Olympusom, So lets say there was a fight on and I had it at my bar. I'm not selling tickets or promoting the fight. I just have it on for viewing. Is that still the same?
