Whats interesting about this case, is that it all started when Directv was going after over 12000 players and one players laptop was "looked at". Thats when the DR7 data came to light, and was leaked to Dish, with the rest being history.
Moral of this tale "eager digging in the grave yard can turn up some corpus you buried and forgot about"

I don't break laws as there is a peace that goes along with not having to look over your shoulder. I won every legal contest since I was wrongly found guilty of drunk driving. I was parked and my blood alcohol was within limits. I looked around the police station and courts and noticed little dicrepencies in the English language. Any miswording at all is reason for argument. Arguments take time and the judges make much more per hour than I'll pay. This must be the reason that I have always won. Also the remark about the UCC was intended for the purpose of aknowledging where and what your surroundings consist of. Also, as a private citizen I have different abilities than a corporate entitiy.
I don't suggest waging frivolous wars on any one. Just be aware. That's all. I'm sorry if I upset you or triggered any bad memories.
Peace
Over and out.
