I say vengence. The legal system is obviously flawed when its more worthy to get money going on a tv show then it is going with a real lawyer. Its best to do all online business with Paypal, I like it cause they really protect you with not getting goods sent to you, and online fraud.. On a street level, someone ripped me off for more then a few hundred dollars, and its curtains..

yep, just live with it and take the loss. I'm sure most of us have been tricked before. I'm hoping someday these crooks will end up getting caught for something and do some payback in jail. Maybe his inmate will give him something to suck on

You didn't say how you shipped it, if you used the post office talk to the local post master and see if you can get the postal authorities involved it might not get your money back but vengeance is nice.
