And of course there is always IP SPOOFING and other CLoaking Software that you can DL say at your local Library, college,...
and then install on your system to cloak your IP,
some of it I am sure can even hide your acivity from your ISP.

There is always a way for the determined,.......

Ip spoofing is no good with iks , when you spoof your ip you change the "apperance" of your ip addy ,but in the case of iks you also need to recieve info from the server.If I were to spoof my addy to 111.111.1.1 then though that would appear to be my addy on all out going info,the return info would go to the same addy whoever that belonged to.

Yup I download the bins and like to disassemble them with a hex editor I'm a little eccentric like that....

IKS runs on UDP traffic there are no proxies or anything that will work for "spoofing" or otherwise hiding your i.p.

well then how do you know i use the info from the iks server? maybe i just blindly send requests.

guilt by association. if you download the file and then have record of you doing it multiple times, that gives them probable cause for a warrant. once they choose to go after end users, no one will be safe. until then iks is no more dangerous than downloading files. if it was so easy, dish would have shut down iks a long time ago

and i would think that if you have downloaded bomb plans, you would be on the watch list already

btw, funny thing is people think iks is so dangerous, but i dont remember seening a single case of it before the courts over here

I've got to disagree. Although downloading a file might be construed that you have intent to use it being connected to an IKS server can by nature of what it does only mean you are using it.
