channel search help

I have 110 and 119 I just bought this box (i pro 200 plus) and when I do the search for the channels for 119 and 110 I only get the channels for the 110 and for the 119 I get a black screen, I know both are working because I have another buzz and i can see both birds any help would be helpful

Did you use the auto set up?
If so try to do it manually in antenna settings.
