newbie help - FTA

i have just picked up a Phoenix and have the setup qiude from this site i follow the directions but when i hit download for the factory bin it does not respond. i see my software busy signal but nothing else ???

you do not need to load the factory bin unless you are using the receiver for true fta
the only file needed is the latest one which is 1.53.1

If you use Webloader and load just 153.1, you should be up and watching TV in a half hour at the most.
