Not having a MAC I can't say for sure but usually the programs for use with FTA are all windows compatible very very few are mac compatible best we can suggest it try and see if it works.

As for USB, even MOST Windows machines no longer have serial ports go to any electronics retailer and buy a USB to Serial adapter. LOAD the drivers that come WITH the adapter. Then you can get back to tv...

to use the null cable some would have to disconnect like me to take to there PC.
With the webloader your receiver stays where it is and it's dune in less then 30 seconds. It takes much longer with the null cable and loader.

Most true free to air channels do.
but you should be able to upgrade from the sever now (from the remote). I saw A post from the coder saying it's now on the sever but looks like 147.7.

If your IE browser (I am using XP) keeps sending you to a search page, you may also need to go to

tools-

internet options-

advanced-

and check "Just go to the most likely site"

I tried to upgrade from the server but the same message again and again try later.
But It's true that Most free to air channels do and finally I am able to upgrade via webloader.

I just want to add one more thing that when it asks for admin and password, it's not always '0000' but you should use the password you selected for your receiver if it is changed.

it's in the first post
qoute Required box the user name is admin and the password is 0000 unless you have changed you security code on the box if so enter it.
But glad to see you have it working for you. Note you last few digits of you IP may change from time to time so if you create a favorites for your webloader it may not work the next time.
