I got two nfusion sd and one stop responding to the remote , I tried the remote from the other box with no luck. The buttons on the box works fine. I'm not sure if the box is broken or is anything I can do to fix it? thanks for your help.

I have the same problem with my nfusion hd receiver. I have tried two of the same remotes and no love. I've changed the batteries, verified that it's in stb and have even done a factory restore. The thing is that the remote did work for a few seconds long enough for me to load the first bin (18). I'm thinking its a receiver issue. What kind of works is powering down the system completely and unplugging the unit for around 20-30 minutes then retrying. It only gives you a little bit of time though. Tonight I will try the other receiver. in the meantime, I've contacted the dealer and they are suppose to get back to me.

I have a nova ,I have found that the remote is the weakest link . To bad, because I have had no problems with the box ,other than no stand alone bin .
