Smile Router settings

I have just set up with NFUSION. Love it, works great! I just have a small issue. The shows freeze every 15 min to half hour. The only way to get it back is to disconnect and reconnect the power to the router. Even over night when it freezes it stays frozen until morning when we fix the router. I am unsure if I have settings wrong in my reciever or the router. Thanks in advance for any help you could give.
Christine

It's a known fact that the server is getting over loaded. Things you can check tho is make sure is turn on dmz in rourter for the nfusion and make sure yo have it set to DHCP on the nusion. Check your time release to max it out.

Besides raising the DHCP lease time, you should go to the page in your router where you entered the logon info for your ISP, and set the "Connect Mode" to "Always On" and that will stop the router from dropping the connection after being idle for the set period of time.

geeeezze, it is still freezing and has to be reset. I don't know what is wrong. I am unsure where to change this dhcp lease time you speak of but the idle time seemed so logical I was sure it would work

I think its cause you just changed the idle time. Look for a setting called "Connect Mode" and set it to always on.
