error check 2700 flie

I am trying to load 279 tivo file and keep getting error check 2700 file. Do I have to rename this file or am I using the wrong loader?

well, I tryed the loader that came with the program and now my uint is dead. I don't think the clonesafe 279 is clone safe. I did not try to load it in my 2700a, which is not a clone. Anyone else having problems with 279 tivo?

It's running fine on all 3 of my clones. I will look at the routine again.

just my luck " bad" I tryed to load and nothing was happing. I waited 5 minutes on download,then i quit. I tryed to reload 275 bin and again I waited 5 minutes and nothing. The machine is not responding. I'll keep trying other programs.

yes I do. The machine responds to the remote but when loading now it says unable to connect, even when I tryed to reboot it.

Maybe your cable is bad. Try another one if you have or can get one.
