Just a quick question. Can anyone tell me where I can find info on converting rar files to bin files? Trying to upload files to get satellite 118.8w Anik F3. Thanks in advance.

Install winrar. It will .RAR your files and also un-RAR them back to original file names.

How do I save Channels list. i tried saving through Factory default and still losing chanels lists on uploading of new bin. Is there another way to save the channels that will allow me to update bins without loosing the list. By the way my system is CaptiveWorks 700s

You may want to check out a program called "Channel Master". It should be in the utilities area.
