WFN HD & Dish Network offer cash prize

While other holiday sweepstakes are giving away Blu-ray Disc players and iPods, WFN HD (World Fishing Network) and Dish Network announced a cash sweepstakes, with $4,500 as the grand prize. There is no purchase necessary, you simply fill out an entry form. The contest is open until Jan. 9, 2009.
“We had plenty of ideas for grand prizes, from boats and fishing expeditions to rods and reels, but right on the heels of the holiday shopping season and during this time of economic uncertainty we figured cash would be king among consumers,” said Mark Rubinstein, President of WFN.
