Dealer falls in disrespect to the judge of the Dish case against Pansat

Logically if the proprietor of Satpros Harry Aghyaryan does not attend that day the Court, sera declared profug of justice furthermore, and would become ordained its immediate arrest as it happens in these cases when a judicial order is violated. That is to see. At the moment, the view this indicated for day of 5 May and habra that to wait for as the subject is developed. Dealer cae en desacato al juez del caso Dish contra Pansat.

Se trata del dealer Satpros y su dueno Harry Aghyaryan en el caso Dish contra Pansat.


El dealer FTA de California conocido como Satpros y su propietario Harry Aghyaryan, envuelto tambien en la demanda de Dish contra Panarex y mecionado en la demanda por pirateria contra los Pansat, no cumplio las ordenes de la corte de llevar los documentos que se le pidieron por el juez de ese Tribunal Federal, y podria ser encarcelado o sancionado fuertemente por desacato a la corte ( comptent to court) segun los ultimos documentos del sistema de Justicia .

En los documentos mas recientes del caso posteados en esa corte Federal de California, ( que veran abajo), los de Dish colocaron la mocion al juez pidiendo las sanciones correspondientes contra ese dealer. Logicamente el juez actuo y acepto la mocion. Y or el momento la primer condena es que Satpros debe pagar TODOS los gastos de abogados de Dish en relacion con estas mociones contra Satpros, peor debe ademas ser sujeto a una audiencia fijada para el dia 5 de Mayo por el propi juez, donde podria recibir pena sde carcel por desacato.

La falta, conocida como desacato es falta de respeto al juez que emite una orden y no se cumple.
Los jueces, siempre toman estas faltas de respeto como una cosa personal en estos asuntos y por regla general puede condenar a carcel, y ademas, obligar legalmente al demandado a pagar todos los gastos de abogados del demandante, gastos de la corte y mociones anteriores relacionadas con el caso , cosa que ya se ordeno( vean documento al final) .

Los de Dish ( Echostar) afirman que una persona a la cual no mencionan, ha estado contactando a los dealers de Pansat nombrados en la demanda y que estan obligados a llevar los documentos exigidos al Tribunal, a que no hagan eso. Logicamente es contra la ley. Y tambien los abogados de Dish afirman tener pruebas de que el mismo Mr Kim de Pansat dijo a Satpros que no llevara ningun documento a la corte y que se negara a hacerlo. Hay que ver si ahora Mr Kim pagara por la condena de Satpros y su dueno . Y en caso de una pena de carcel, logicamenta la cumplira el dueno d Satpros y no los de Pansat ni sus abogados.

Ese tribunal acepto la mocion de los de Dish , acepto que Stpro pague, y ademas, ha senalado una vista para el dia 5 de Mayo donde el juez decidira los pasos a tomar y si castiga a los de Satppros y a su propietario Harry Aghyaryan con condena a la carcel por el desacato. Logicamente si el propietario de Satpros Harry Aghyaryan no asiste ese dia al Tribunal, sera declarado profug de la justicia ademas, y se ordenara su arresto inmediato como sucede en estos casos cuando se viola una orden judicial. Eso queda por ver.

Por el momento, la vista esta senalada para el dia 5 de Mayo y habra que esperar como se desarrolla el asunto. Una vez mas para los escepticos que decian " que no pasa nada" lean y aprendan las lecciones de cada dia.

Y aca van los documentos del caso. El documento Satpos.pdf es la peticionde Dish. Y el documento satpros_desacato.pdf es la orden judicial obligando a pagar costos de abogados y a presentarse el dia 5 de Mayo a las 10 AM frente a ese juez.

If someone could post the original court doc., it would be very helpfull. I doubt that the federal court system has adopted Spanish as the official language yet.

Dealer lands in contempt of court case against Dish Pansat.

It is the dealer and its owner Satpros Harry Aghyaryan in the case against Dish Pansat.

That court accepted the motion of the Dish, I accept that Satpro pay, and also noted a hearing on May 5th day the judge will decide which steps to take and whether to punish the Satppros and his owner Harry Aghyaryan with conviction to jail for contempt. Logically if the owner of Satpros Harry Aghyaryan not attend that day the Court, will be declared a fugitive from justice as well, and ordered his immediate arrest as in these cases is violated when a court order. That remains to be seen.

For now, the hearing scheduled for this day May 5 and will have to wait as the case develops. Once more to the skeptics who say that nothing happens "read and learn the lessons of each day.
