DISH Bolsters HD Lineup With New Channel Feeds

DISH Bolsters HD Lineup With New Channel Feeds
5/10/2009 @ 8:08 PM
DISH Network on Friday added five new channels to its high-def programming lineup, taking its total number of national HD channels beyond 140. According to the provider, it now leads all pay TV operators in terms of total HD channel count.

The new channels include high-def feeds of FX, SPEED, Fashion TV, Logo and MavTV. DISH also said it will host the entire 24-hour feed of The N on channel 181.

Both FX HD and SPEED HD are available via DISH's Classic Silver 200 HD programming package and above, while FTV HD, Logo and MavTV HD are available in the Platinum HD add-on package.
