WIREFREE USA Representatives Will Attend Dish Network Conference WIREFREE USA representatives from Rapid City will attend the annual Dish Network Team Summit conference to be held in Denver in May. They will attend general information sessions outlining new developments in the satellite industry and will participate in training seminars providing the latest technological developments.

Among these seminars will be one introducing the new HD ViP 922 Dish Network receiver that will soon be available. This new high-definition DVR receiver incorporates the Slingbox technology, which allows consumers to access their Dish Network programming from their computers virtually anywhere in the world.

So these guys got to listen in on the conference..I'm actually curious what avenues DN / Echo$tar is going to try with the reports of 94,000 subs lost in the 1st Q 09. They have to be worried about that becoming a trend, and reports are the DN is not focusing enough on 1)mainly Cust. Service, and 2)advertising of technology. DTV beat them because they make it well known what they have and can do with their equip, and Dish said they have either the same or better than DTV, just no one knows of it, like this 922 they are speaking of in your article. Whats Charlie's next chess move...hmm?

it's the blame game...he is blaming most of the churn with theft..he dosent want to admit that another mistake was made with this 1000.4 dish and its footprint for the local market areas.it is considerably smaller than the 119/110 footprints for the locals..there are alot of peod customers having issues with lost signals during storms with the 1000.4 dishes that didnt have that problem before their upgrade fron the dish 500.
