How to set city and state? - FTA

Just got SV360 elite.......only getting like 9 FTA channels(only guide channels)....other channels all say scrambled or no signal.......does this have anything to do with setting your city and state........if so where do you set the city and state.....looked everywhere and can't find it....thx

No, if you have loaded the latest fix then you need to wait for the keys to roll. Cut it off and back on in the back or set on CNN 200. You can however set the state and city in the menu

Sounds like you haven't loaded the latest file. You'll find City & State in Menu, System Settings, User Options.
