Sick Sonicview 360, I broke it

Have a Sonicview 360 Premier. Tried to load a Chanel Master Converted BIN File on the USB, it downloaded like everything was OK but when it re booted no screen and front of STB reads menu then goes to 8.8.8.8.
Tried both ways noted below, USB and Serial loader) both will appear to load the ROM file to the box but neither will complete the write to the box after it has downloaded successfully the screen just continues to say writing to forever.
Also tried taking the cover off and unplugging the main board and turning the unit on from back power button for a count of 5 then turning off then plugging main board back in and turning unit back on from back button.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

For USB Port loading:
1. Load new fixed V0119P and new 360 Premier SAT FILE 06-02-08.sat SAT File onto USB device
2.Press & Hold front panel OK button, at the same time switch read switch ON, Loading Menu will display.
3. Select new sat file and load
4. After load new sat file, select latest fixed and load
5. Reboot, setup and rescan

For Serial Port loading:

1. Turn OFF the Premier OFF completely
2. Connecting the Premier and PC with Null modem cable
3. Press & Hold front panel OK button, at the same time switch read switch ON, Loading Menu will display.
4. Open Loader 1.1
5. Click Connect to choose Com Port
6. Choose new 360 Premier SAT FILE 06-02-08.sat SAT File and let it update
7. After sat file update is done, repeat step 4-6 but, this time choose SV360 Premier_V0119P to update
8. When all update are done, do a power recycle (reboot)
9. Do setup and sat scan.

Try loading the factory file.

Gary,
I finally got it to take an XL version of a channel list, I then loaded the factory 105 bin The XL file didn’t have a complete listing of LNB types but then the 119 bin made the Installation menu look normal. I thought I may have a created a door stop for a while but we’re up and running good as new.
