I went to site,put in order for new Captive Works 700,however went to pay and it was an extra $53.88 for shipping.Would love to buy from them simply because they support Rookie,but other authorized sites are free shipping.Is there a certain reason shipping is so much?

I ordered a 18x24 Elliptical Dish w/ 3 LNBs. Great service, fast shipping....received it day prior to expecting it, even after that huge snowstorm blew through central Canada. Would definitely recommend and buy from them again.

i will email them and ask, But I "suspect" it may have been some sort of a error on their system that miscalculated the shipping. I know their shipping is reasonable and others have not mentioned this issue. Once I get a response I will post for you guys.

As you can see they are VERY quick at getting back when to email contacts, and of course the phone is "real time" I am pretty sure the toll free number works anywhere in NA, when I was picking up an item the other day someone called from California...

Just want to say a special thanks to transelectronics. I purchased a
K-box yesterday and was at my door with in 16hrs. WOW. Great customer
