The situation on 123°W is in flux (see other posts on the subject), but there's still a handful of decent channels there, although with some duplicated programming. KTWO (ABC) is there, plus "This Network" with some good old movies, and a couple of other independents. It's not what it was, but there's stuff to watch.
As for AMC 4, I wouldn't bank on the in-the-clear feeds of Biography and History lasting, and that pretty well leaves you with KUIL, Beaumont (kinda worth it), Korean channels, and lots o' religion in various languages.
If I had to lock a dish down, I would point it at AMC 9 at 83°W and watch the East and West feeds of Retro TV!
