Trees and Mountains

At my location I would not be able to go 4w to 148w without hitting trees and or mountains. My current setup stops around 70's to 130's. The dish skews just too far. If I setup a second dish I can extend my range because of my location I am higher than anyone around me so I can have a dish with an elevation down to under 10 degrees but I do not know how to other than a stationary dish. Because of the arc I am not sure how to find a starting point.

you guys have to remember that some of the atlantic birds up to 12.5w have a footprint that covers north america as well check lyngsat for yourself. You will not get stuff for europe. I have scanned echo 148 from my location in Toronto when n2 was around but the channels were black, but they scanned!, had to trick usals into doing it, it said range overflow, but you can manually drive it east and it works.
For all of you with a motor that live in N.America you can go upto 30w and scan no problem! considerng you have a wide open view of the sky and your dish is mounted high.
Il be honest, I had professional installers come setup my dishes, I guess I can call and find out how the setup was done in regards to the atlantic birds...if they used my true south ect...
Just to let you know, not alot of stuff from the atlantic birds, mainly feeds, and Im way to north for telefonica. The most channels I get are from 30w Hispasat.
